As a child, Eric Gonderinger was already fascinated by technical things and spent hours playing with Lego Technic. At high school, maths, physics and chemistry were among his favorite subjects. That’s why he already decided early to study mechanical engineering. He appreciates the diversity of the domain – at university and later on. Nevertheless, after his studies in automotive engineering, he decided to make a master in economics before accepting a job at a bank. “It’s untypical for an engineer, but I decided to use my analytical skills in a completely different domain”, he says.
As a long-time member of the students’ association ANEIL and former president, he has known the “Prix d’excellence” since its beginning. For him, it was a nice recognition and confirmation for the work he consecrated to his thesis. “Moreover, it has a positive effect on my Curriculum that has already often been mentioned”. He invested the money in a trip after his studies.
