During the last year at secondary school, he discovered his interest for economics. “Thus I decided to do studies in economical engineering”, he remembers. More though than the studies in Aachen were diversified and also included classes in mechanics, electrical engineering and chemistry. Marc Lindner specialized in mechanical engineering and more particularly in renewable energy.
He heard on the radio about the “Prix d’excellence” and decided to take part. He was very happy about the prize: “It was a recognition I appreciated a lot”, he says. With the money, he reimbursed part of his student loan.
